𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗔𝗪𝗦?
Very well and I immediately knew I would as everybody has been so welcoming from the moment I arrived. We have a spectacular group of people in the company, all bristling with the enthusiasm to not just do the job, but to do it to the very best of our abilities. We are all striving for success and willing to help one another. There is constant dialogue where we are bouncing ideas off one another with the main focus always being that we should create the best possible customer outcome.
 
𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?
My role is to develop and efficiently distribute a suite of products that our clients have a real need for, whilst ensuring underwriting profitability for our insurer partners. The great thing about working in the Portfolio Solutions space is that no line of business is off limits. My focus is on creating meaningful and long-lasting relationships by bringing clients and insurer capacity together irrespective of the underlying class of business.
 
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?
Well, for a start no two days are ever the same!! But most of my time is spent speaking to key cornerstone insurer partners for our Portfolio Solutions Business, sourcing and qualifying what new business opportunities look like, starting to develop what our tech proposition needs to be and a fair bit of data analysis (my guilty pleasure!!)
