𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗔𝗪𝗦? 
I am settling in very well, everyone has been extremely welcoming and I am enjoying getting to know my new colleagues.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? 
For me personally, it’s the culture. I haven’t experienced anything like it before and it really has had such a positive impact on my working life, and my overall positivity. There is a real sense of togetherness and overall drive to push in the same direction. Everyone understands that challenges happen and the best way to get through them is to work together and resolve, learn and move forward!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺? 
I’ve had the opportunity to run with things independently, growing my understanding of other areas of the business and generally broadening my insurance knowledge!
